The Libyan dictator and terrorist Muammar Gaddafi called for Jihad against Switzerland. Reportedly because Switzerland forbid the building of minarets on its territory. The truth is that he is angry because of visa restrictions for Libyans who want to travel to Europe. Switzerland has imposed restrictions on visas for Libyan passport holders and urged other European states in the Schengen zone to do the same.
According to Swiss muslim authorities Gaddafi has not the right to declare Jihad.
